'It all comes back our people'

Only weeks after celebrating our inclusion in the 2024 BTN Hotlist for 'Pushing boundaries', our Global Sales Director, Jess Sharpe's interview went live in The Business Travel Magazine's 2024 Guide to Serviced Accommodation.

Jess joined the CAP leadership team in August 2023 to support and help drive CAP's services across the globe as we enter our next phase of development and growth with CAP 3.0. She has embraced the culture, and is a true ambassador for our business.

Interviewed by Bev Ferris on what makes CAP so different, Jess is clear about her views: “At CAP, we specialise in creating programmes for global accounts, and have teams in the UK, EMEA, Asia Pacific and the U.S.' She continues 'We are a team of highly experienced professionals who help our clients manage their global extended stay programmes, showing them how to maximise their spend and create sustainable, secure and cost efficient solutions.'

Speaking about the next few years, Jess adds 'Of course, we want to grow, but we want to do it organically' adding 'CAP is a global serviced apartment agency, with excellent technology, but our client relationships are so personalized'.
