Director APAC, Eric Sin, has successfully returned from a highly informative and insightful trip to Australia in line with increasing demand from CAP key clients.
Eric had the pleasure of spending time, completing site tours, receiving insights on local market conditions, hearing best practice and being introduced to the latest property openings in Sydney and Melbourne.
With CAP’s focus on ESG and sustainability, Eric explored the variety of initiatives being delivered to minimise waste and reduce emissions.
