CAP Worldwide continues its exponential growth with the addition of Sarah Mott as Client Services Team Leader, Americas.
Sarah joins CAP to provide further depth and knowledge to the Americas Team, working in the US team led by Director, Americas, Laura Rurode and supporting the company’s expansion and client growth and demand in the North American markets. She brings over 15 years of experience within the corporate housing and real estate sectors, having started her career within corporate housing at Churchill Living for 4 years, before moving to The Apartment Service in 2017.
Jo Layton CEO says ‘Sarah joins us in the latest stage of our strategic growth plan which has also seen experienced industry professionals Eric Sin (Director, APAC) and Dan Woodburn (EMEA Brand Partner Manager) join CAP in key positions to strengthen our global footprint.
She continues ‘Sarah was invited to join the CAP table due to her passion for delivering great service, US market knowledge and strong customer advocacy. She will work collaboratively with our clients and incredible brand partners in the US market to ensure we provide the best possible experience for our clients and their travellers’.
Andrew Hopgood, COO adds ‘Sarah has a huge amount of experience in corporate housing and an absolute drive to provide service excellence to our clients and their travellers, with in-depth knowledge of the supply chain in primary, secondary and tertiary locations in the US. She has worked with many of the CAP team previously, so is a natural fit to join our expanding global team. Sarah joining, and the recent promotions to Team Leader of Alessia Colletta and Timea Gerencser along with Senior Reservations Consultant Susana Guzman within our EMEA team, ensures we are now structured for the exciting next phase of our growth.’
