CAP Worldwide Serviced Apartments (CAP) is delighted to welcome experienced industry professional, Eric Sin, to the CAP global senior leadership team. Eric joins to lead the continued growth of CAP across APAC, further enhancing the key account and client services functions, based in Singapore.
Eric, having most recently held senior supply, sales account management and operations positions for the last 15 years with both The Ascott Limited and Silverdoor Serviced Apartments, and previously in relocation management with Altair Global Relocation, Cartus and SIRVA will be principally responsible for managing service delivery for existing clients in this key region for CAP, to further solidify our presence in the market.

Eric will work strategically with Jo Layton, CEO and the senior leadership team across the region, reporting into Andrew Hopgood COO, and working alongside leaders Kate Scott, Clare Ace, Liz Warnes, Laura Rurode, Francine Migliorati and Sabrina Carparelli, to fulfil the company goal of building the ‘best-in-class global serviced accommodation booking agency’.
