At a time when more children and young people than ever before are reaching out for help with their mental health, we are here to ensure that they get the best possible mental health support and have the resilience to overcome life’s difficulties.

CAP is one of the fortunate companies in 2021, who, with the trust and support of our incredible clients, and our trusted brand partner network, are here in 2022 to drive again for sustainable growth. For this, we are truly thankful.
Our promise. As part of our ESG and social goals, is that all CAP employees are given a Charity Day every year, where we pay each employee to take a day off to ‘give back’ to a charity or community of their choice - they can be sponsored to run, walk, or purely donate their time to a local charity or care organisation of their choice.
In 2021, unfortunately (and fortunately), we were so busy as a company, that they did not all have the opportunity to use their days, which made us all a bit sad and left us with a feeling that we had not kept our ‘promise’.
So, to ensure that we paid forward the good fortune we have experienced, our board agreed that CAP would donate a day’s pay of ALL our contracted employees to a charity – as a Thank You to both our wonderful team for their commitment and energy they give every day, and to recognise that we were fortunate to be busy in 2021.
We are delighted to celebrate that the amazing Charity we chose to support is YoungMinds who support young people going through turbulent times.
