Led by Jo Layton, CEO and supported by the CAP Worldwide senior leadership team – we are continuously monitoring the current situation with regards to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) including:
- A daily review of the current situation by the senior management team and any updates or changes – this is to ensure that we are identifying any current or future potential impact on our staff, travellers, clients and brand partners
- CAP is following the best practices as provided by the UK government with regards to non-clinical settings:

- We will be working with our brand partners to ensure minimal impact is experienced by travellers and providing specialist CAP support to our bookers
The CAP Worldwide business continuity and contingency plan provides our teams the opportunity to work remotely if required:
- NB - ALL enquiries, booking confirmations, support services including finance and CAPCare24 services can be provided remotely by CAP employees if the requirement for self-isolation is necessary. Presently we do not foresee a pause in services
