CAP Worldwide Serviced Apartments (CAP) is delighted to confirm the addition of Josie Oliveira to the CAP senior team to lead the development of the CAP Worldwide representation office for The Americas, based in Belize.
Josie, previously of Santa Fe and Cartus, is principally responsible for developing the CAP service delivery in market, driving excellence in guest care and client support while working strategically with Jo Layton and Andrew Hopgood to fulfil their goal of building the best in class global serviced apartment and accommodation booking agency. Josie joins Clare Ace, Kate Scott and Francine Migliorati in creating effective brand partnerships with apartment and corporate housing operators in this important region.
Prior to formally joining CAP Worldwide, Josie was employed at Cartus and Santa Fe Relocation, offering strategic global mobility solutions to multi-national organizations and their employees. Having worked primarily in customer-centric roles, Josie has led numerous projects for key clients and brings her knowledge of relocation both within the US and internationally.
