CAP Worldwide Serviced Apartments (CAP) is delighted to announce that Clare Ace, previously of The Serviced Apartment Company (SACO) has joined CAP as a key member of their senior leadership team - with immediate effect.
Clare will be principally responsible for developing the CAP global relationships and brand partnerships with apartment and corporate housing operators, whilst working alongside owners Jo Layton and Andrew Hopgood to fulfil their goal of providing the best in class global serviced apartment booking agency.
Clare’s most recent role in SACO was as Director of Global Supply and Revenue, with previous experience in managing key corporate accounts and numerous in-house delivery teams for over 19 years. Clare was instrumental in helping to grow the business from a small family owned regional operator to a multi-million-pound operation with several brands.
Jo Layton, Director of CAP, says ‘Clare is very well-respected and highly regarded in the business travel and extended stay sectors, with a deep knowledge and understanding of managing serviced apartments and corporate housing. She is already a great asset to our ambitious and aspirational start-up’.
